Some users may have access to multiple company's Online Training Centers within this system, for example, when they are employed by two different companies. Due to stringent security protocols, it is not feasible to simply 'switch' between companies. The user is required to complete the sign-in process for each company in order to gain access. Fortunately, we have facilitated this process while upholding robust security measures.
When an employee leaves a company, it is vital that the Registrar ‘Archive’ (or in some cases, Delete) their account. For more info <User Accounts - Suspending, Archiving and Deleting> or they will still have access to the previous employer’s system as well as their new employer. Because of the popularity of this system, many people use it at different employers.
Best solution to prevent any mix-ups from happening, would be to have the user create a new username & password combo for the new Company's Training Center.
