Users With Access To Multiple Companies In System

Some users may have access to more than one company’s Online Training Center in this system, such as when they work for two companies, for example.  Due to strict security protocols, it is impossible to just ‘switch’ between companies. The user must go through the sign-in process to access each company.  Fortunately, we have made this relatively easy while maintaining security.

1. When an employee leaves a company, it is vital that the Registrar ‘Archive’ (or in some cases, Delete) their account. For more info <https://help.aerostudies.com/article/14-user-accounts-suspending-archiving-deleting> or they will still have access to the previous employer’s system as well as their new employer. Because of the popularity of this system, many people use it at different employers.

2. Best solution to prevent any mix-ups from happening, would be to have the user create a new username & password combo for the new Company's Training Center.
