FL3XX Integration

Connect FL3XX to manage crew identity and qualification sync. After enabling, map ASCENT users to FL3XX crew members and qualifications to ASCENT qualification types.

  1. In the 'Registrar' role, go to 'Utilities'.

  1. Select 'Integration Management'.

  1. Select 'FL3XX Integration'.

  1. To connect FL3XX to your ASCENT Aviation E-training System, you need both the 'Live API URL' and the 'Live API Key' (Authentication Token) under the 'Live credentials' section. These components function together to establish a secure and active connection.

  1. Once connected, always check and select between "Test" or 'Live" on which environment you want to be activated in ASCENT.

  1. Map your ASCENT records to the FL3XX Integration you connected.

  1. Map the ASCENT user on the to the FL3XX Crew Member by selecting the Crew Member from the drop down selection to make sure these are the same users.

  1. Map the Module from ASCENT to the FL3XX Qualification Type by selecting the Qualification Type from the drop down selection and match it to the the ASCENT Module Name.
