The new Account Information page is helpful for us to get a hold of the right person when it comes to invoices and renewals.


The page is broken down into various sections:

  • Account Contact
  • Alternate Account Contact
  • Billing Information
  • Billing Contact
  • Primary Registrar
  • Special Billing Instructions
  • Who to contact for billing-related inquiries
  • Technical Support Assistance

Note: If you notice a caution symbol located on your left-hand panel's 'Account & Tokens' button, please update the billing information section. Once its updated the caution symbol will dissapear.
