Translations Setup

We have recently implemented a translations feature in our system, allowing users to select either English or French as the language of choice. This feature can be configured at the system level by the Registrar, or alternatively, can be set up by the end-user student themselves.


Registrar Access:

  1. Sign in as a 'Registrar'
  2. Go to 'Settings tab' to access the System Settings
  3. Under the System Admin tab, open the 'Language section' and a dropdown menu will appear
  4. Select between the available languages (English or French)
  5. After you have selected your language of choice, Click 'Save' at the bottom right corner.

Note: All users in your Online Training Centre will see everything in French.


Student Access:

  1. Sign in to your Student Account.
  2. Click the dropdown menu on your name.
  3. Select 'Settings' from the dropdown selection.
  4. Click the dropdown option under the 'Select Language'.
  5. The student will have to select their language of choice.
  6. Once done, click the 'Submit' button.
