Managers, Instructors and Coaches Reviewing Modules

We have recently introduced a new feature that enables Managers, Instructors, and Coaches to evaluate published modules within our system. This functionality is valuable for assessment and providing overall assistance, particularly when students seeking help during exams reach out to any of these roles.

Enabling this toggle:

  1. Sign in as a Registrar.
  2. Go to the Settings tab on the left hand panel.
  3. Click on the Features Control tab.
  4. Click to open the Staff Roles dropdown menu.
  5. Go to the 'Other Staff Settings'.
  6. Turn ON the toggle for 'Allow Managers, Instructors and Coaches to preview modules.
  7. Then click the Save button.

Upon enabling this toggle, the appropriate roles will be able to locate the 'Modules' button on the left-hand panel.
