Creating Wallet Cards

Upon accessing the certificates page following the publication of a module, ASCENT AVIATION E-training System offers a built-in feature for customizing wallet cards, which are widely utilized within the aviation industry. This wallet card feature can be used for courses pertaining to TDG/WHMIS/Hazmat Training, etc.


  1. Sign in as a Registrar
  2. Locate 'Content' on the left-hand panel and click 'Certificates'
  3. On the module certificates page, located in the 'Wallet Card' column click the wrench icon.
  4. On the Wallet select pop up, click 'Admin Wallet'.
  5. Click 'Create New Wallet'.
  6. Name the new wallet card.
  7. Add important details that's associated with the module wallet card (details of training). Also can add the name of the supervisor.
  8. Preview the PDF and click 'Save'.



NOTE: The important details of the training may include the topics covered in that specific training.


Upon successful completion of the module, the student will receive a certificate and wallet card via email as attachments.
