Creating Curriculums

A Curriculum is simply a group of modules.

  1. Sign in as a Registrar or Training Developer (depending if the toggle is turned ON in the features control for Training Developers).
  2. Locate the Content folder and click Curriculums.
  3. Click +Create new curriculum tab
  4. Select Modules Tab and a list of published modules will be available for selection.

Note: It is important to emphasize that a curriculum must comprise more than one module.

  1. Once you have selected the modules that will be included in your curriculum, navigate to the 'Settings' tab to activate the toggles that are appropriate for this curriculum.

Curriculum Settings Toggles:

  • Display long title on certificate
  • Email certificate to student
  • Email certificate to manager
  • Add a custom email address
  • Email certificate as HTML (option to preview)
  • Email certificate as PDF (option to preview)
  • Attach details page to certificate email (common for CRM curriculums, list of modules apart of that curriculum).
  • Show mark on curriculum certificate
  • Add a supplementary logo
  • Add a certificate attachment
  • Show date by month & day on the certificate.
  • Display total time on certificate
  • Curriculum time manually assigned.
  • Force module (Modules are completed in a specific order).

  1. Finally, click CREATE at the bottom right corner once the curriculum and associated settings are complete.

The newly developed curriculum will be categorized under the Active Curriculums section.
