Document Manager - Empty Deleted Folder
We have recently implemented a feature within the deleted folder for our end users to permanently delete items, similar to emptying the recycling bin on your Windows PC.
First, you have to select the items that you want to delete. Then they will show up in the deleted section. Once all the items you want to delete are in that dedicated delete folder.
You'll see a function that allows you to "Empty Deleted Folder".
The moment you click that function, a pop-up window will appear, giving you a warning that all the items within this folder will be permanently deleted.
Proceed to REMOVE ALL ITEMS.
