Copy Modules Between Companies
This enables your company to copy modules to another company using the software system. It’s typically used for related companies or different departments with their own online training centers.
- If you need to copy a few modules once, contact our support team.
- For multiple modules and/or future use, use this feature to do it yourself.
Please note: The recipient company will receive a fully editable copy of your module. It's recommended to protect yourself from liability issues by having a written agreement absolving you of liability for the content, trademarks, and other module-related matters. The software provider is not involved or responsible for any issues related to the content being copied.
Fill in a request form and submit it. We verify with the recipient company. Then we approve it and you can copy modules to that company forever.
- Click on Utilities on the left-hand panel
- Proceed with selecting "Copy Modules Between Companies"

- Click +Request New Company button

- Proceed by entering your company information.

- Accept the Terms & Conditions of Use then click 'SUBMIT REQUEST"

After submitting the request, the status will be "waiting for approval". It's important to follow up and send us a message at support@aerostudies.com stating that you are waiting for approval from Aerostudies.

Copying the Modules Over to another LC

The LC that is copying the modules over to another LC, needs to
- Sign in as Training Developer
- Click Content tab on the left-hand panel and select Copy Modules Between Companies option.

- Proceed with selecting the modules that you want to copy over to the selected destination learning center and click copy modules at the bottom right corner.

Note: Aerostudies employees must send a confirmation email to the recipient of the modules. Upon receiving an approval response, they will check off "Approve Agreement" at the correct destination learning center, ensuring the complete module transfer process.
