Clear browsing data in Chrome/Microsoft Edge/Firefox

Clearing browsing data in Chrome.

  • 1.    Locate the ellipsis (3 dots) at the top right corner.      
  • 2.    Scroll down and click “More tools” and proceed with clearing browsing data
  • 3.    At the top choose the time range. To delete everything, select all time.
  • 4.    Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files”, check the boxes.
  • 5.    Lastly, click Clear data.

Clearing browsing data in Firefox.

  • 1.    In the Menu bar at the top right of the Firefox browser. Click the menu button and scroll down to “Settings” and click that.
  • 2.    On the left-hand panel select the Privacy & Security option and scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  • 3.    Click the Clear Data button.
  • 4.    Click Clear

Clear browsing data in Microsoft Edge

  • 1.    Select the Menu option at the top right corner of the browser ellipsis (3 dots icon)
  • 2.    Scroll down to “Settings”
  • 3.    Then click Privacy, search, and services on the left-hand panel.  
  • 4.    Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  • 5.    Select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data” check box and then select Clear
