Document Manager - Edit Documents or Files

You can edit files or folders in five different ways: Rename, Move, Delete, Replace, Change Permissions.

To edit a document, click on the ellipsis icon (1) under the Actions column. 

Rename: update the name in the text field and click Rename button.

Replace:  Click on the Replace button, use the file-uploaded to add a new document. This will replace the current file with the new one.

Move: click on the move button (only available for files), navigate to the folder (in the mini-browser) you like to move the file to, click on Move Here.

Delete: Click on Delete button and confirm the deletion. The file will be available in the Deleted section.
