Exporting Reports

Overview

From time to time, it may be necessary to export a report of a certain type of your company's Safety Reports. There is currently no analytics for reports within the training system; however, each closed-out report can be exported as .xlsx and put into spreadsheets or exported to a third-party analytics tool.

To Export Reports:

  1. When logged in as Safety Manager, click on "Export reports"

  1. Next, click the drop-down menu to select the type of report you would like to export. Then click "EXPORT REPORT".

  1. You will then be prompted to open or save the exported report in .xlsx format.
